Other than the period before the file extension, please make sure there are no other punctuation marks (no dashes, extra periods, or other special symbols). Our spam / malware blocking software will not allow those files to upload. For example, a file named Print File.pdf will upload, but a file named Print-File.pdf or Print.File.pdf will be blocked.
